What is Muslim Discrimination/Islamophobia?
Muslim discrimination is exactly; what it sounds like. It is how Muslims around the world are mistreated and are excluded from society because of the religion. Muslim discrimination is creating rules against a certain group in the world, it is when people exclude a certain person just because they are Muslim, it is when we choose to ignore certain people or isolate someone just because of their religion. Muslim discrimination is when people are afraid to stand next to someone jus because they are wearing a hijab or any sort of clothing that shows the religion of Islam in it. People around the world discriminate Muslims and nobody is doing anything about it. Muslim Discrimination is when a person or when people differentiate Muslims from everything that people do in todays world. They differentiate Muslims with an act of malevolence.
How are Muslims discriminated?
The different ways that Muslims can be discriminated are not just by civilians but also leaders such as in some countries such as Germany they are banning hijabs to be worn. This is not right because Muslim women are meant to wear the hijabs to cover their hair and no man besides their husband can see their hair. Muslim women cover themselves because it is a way of showing modesty, so men do not gaze at them. Muslims are also discriminated in other countries like China. In China they have created a camp that is built up mostly of Muslims and they have kept them in that camp because they are trying to Brainwash them and remove any sort of devotion towards Islam. The Muslims in those camps have spent many days where they have been forced to rid of their believes in Islam. They are forced to listen to lectures, and to sing hymns for the Chinese communist party. The Muslims are also forced to write down essays to criticize themselves. This is disgusting and China needs to stop this.|
Muslims are not only discriminated in specific countries they are discriminated all around the world doesn’t matter if you live in an all Muslim country or a country that is highly concentrated with Muslims, because there is still social platforms that will discriminate Muslims. Muslims are also discriminated at places like a mall or a grocery store just because people fear them. They will be excluded from certain events as well. Some children have friends who are Muslim, the child will not discriminate his friend, but it is the parents that are the problem. When children want to bring a friend home the parents will say no just because it is a Muslim child. People will just discriminate anyone just because of rumours they have heard or because of information they believe.
Why are Muslims discriminated?
Muslims are discriminated because people usually believe that all Muslims are terrorists. Well all Muslims are not terrorists people discriminate Muslims because of futile reasons like these. Not all Muslims are terrorist the people who you see that are both Muslim and are terrorists these people have mistaken the words of the Quran and believe that anybody who does not believe or follow the ways of Islam should be killed, the worst thing is they think they are doing all of this for God/Allah, the Muslim terrorist groups everyone hears of are not the same as the Muslims who walk casually on the streets they are 2 completely different people. The leaders of the group target a young audience and force them to join their forces, they hand pick quotes from the Quran and mislead the youth, they misinterpret the quotes from the Quran therefore leading the youth to be misled (these quotes are known as Ayaats). These Terrorist groups that everyone mixes up with Muslims are frankly evil, they are brainwashing young people into thinking that they are supposed to kill when they really are not meant to kill anyone. The youth start thinking that they are on the right path when they truthfully are not. The real scholars say there is no real basis for them to declare "Jihad" and Jihad has its own rules and regulations which need to be followed which the terrorist group does not follow. Jihad is the struggle of fighting against the enemies of Islam which are not other Human beings, there are different types of Jihad as well, it is a sacrifice for Islam for a good cause example if someone goes for war that is a good sacrifice but nowadays people dont go to war because the era for war has ended and we want to create peace, but the Al-Shabaab think that sacrificing people who are not muslims will bring peace which is definitley wrong because Jihad is what a person does with their own will. One of the principles of Jihad is not to kill women and children but the al-Shabaab kill everyone who is a non-believer. But nobody should be killed for absolutely no reason.
